About Eddy
Eddy has 28 years of experience in the casualty industry. He has served as a claim examiner, supervisor, manager, quality assurance and practice leader. Eddy is passionate about improving the experience of the injured worker as they recover from unexpected and unfortunate accidents. In addition, he wants to help carriers, employers, and claims examiners in improving the quality and quantity of communication reducing anxiety and concerns of those injured on the job. Eddy holds several professional designations including an Associates in Claims and Risk Management. Eddy secured his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, San Bernardino.
